Role Summary: Market Research Specialist

JMO Communications is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Market Research Specialist to join our team.

Your starting monthly base salary will range between $1,600.00 to $2,000.00 per month, plus commission based on verifiable experience. Note on Training: The starting base salary averages $2,000.00 per month plus commission for candidates with verifiable experience. JMO provides on-the-job training opportunities for select candidates, but the starting base salary is adjusted during the 30-day training period.

This crucial role is responsible for the foundational work of business development: locating potential clients and working to identify and nurture new business opportunities within the national restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will provide the essential market intelligence that allows JMO to focus its efforts and secure viable, profitable partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

I. Market Intelligence & Analysis

* Market Research: Conduct in-depth research into market trends, potential customer pain points, and competitive landscapes within the restaurant catering and multi-chain dining sector to identify and qualify ideal potential partners.
* Customer Needs Identification: Analyze market data to understand potential customer needs, current operational gaps, and revenue opportunities that align with the catering operations of multi-chain restaurants across the USA.
* Client Qualification: Thoroughly qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria (e.g., number of units, catering maturity, geographic presence) to ensure the sales team pursues the most viable opportunities.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

* Experience: Proven experience in market research, business development, lead generation, or sales development.
* CRM Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.) and other lead generation or sales intelligence software/platforms.
* Data Analysis: Ability to understand and analyze data to inform strategy and target the most promising market segments.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, necessary for both internal collaboration and detailed documentation.

Compensation Structure

As a Research Market Specialist, your starting monthly base salary will range between $1,600.00 to $2,000.00 per month, plus commission based on verifiable experience.
