Landscaping Technician (Entry-Level to Experienced)
Benson Enterprises is a well-established landscape design/build company serving the Greater Rochester area for over 35 years. We’re seeking reliable Landscaping Technicians to support our maintenance crews in caring for and maintaining client properties. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want steady, year-round employment with opportunities to grow.

- Pay: $19.50–$25/hour
- $1,500 signing bonus ($500 at 90 days, $1,000 at 180 days)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, and clean-ups
- Seasonal plantings and enhancements
- Operating mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Maintaining clean and safe job sites
What We’re Looking For
- Landscaping experience preferred, not required
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work
- Driver’s License preferred
