[Job Summary]
The Sr. HR Director will lead the HR team to support business leaders and their departments to achieve their goals with effective HR related programs. The Sr. HR Director develops corporate HR plans, supports the human factor in the company, oversees HR initiatives, and ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role will provide counsel to senior leadership and employees staying current on best practices to help shape processes and programs that continue to enhance the employee experience.

Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop, execute, and oversee HR strategy aligned with the organization’s business plan and long-term goals
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on human capital and organizational matters
- Partner with executive leadership on succession planning and organizational design
- Lead comprehensive recruiting and retention strategies to support business growth HR Operations & Compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures supporting business operations
- Oversee employment law compliance and risk mitigation efforts
- Partner with external legal counsel to ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead HR digitization initiatives, including HR systems implementation and process automation
- Optimize HR operational effectiveness through periodic review and analysis
Talent & Organizational Development
- Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, and career progression frameworks
- Provide leadership and coaching to HR managers and staff
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies
- Ensure performance management systems align with company objectives
Compensation, Benefits & Budget Management
- Develop and oversee competitive, cost-effective benefit programs
- Manage annual HR department budgets and monitor cost effectiveness
- Negotiate vendor contracts and manage external HR- related partnerships
Cross-Functional & Leadership Engagement
- Participate in committees and special projects to add organizational value
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters
- Promote a culture of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration ore related field.
10+ years' senior management experience;
Thorough knowledge of employment, related laws and regulations;
High level of business acumen, direct knowledge of professional services;
Sound judgment capability and strategically oriented;
Self starter with the ability to work well within groups;
Ability to motivate and lead others;
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidential information;
Exhibits behaviors that demonstrate diplomacy and discretion;
Flexible with an ability to thrive in a fast
Ability to multi--paced environment; task and prioritize work effectively and efficiently;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Strong interpersonal, problem solving and conflict resolution skills;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
In depth knowledge of HR technology solutions with proven experience in HR digitization, HR systems implementation, employee self process automation
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and HR Systems

PTOs (varies based on years of experience, but usually starts with 15 days)
