About the Role

A global technology organization is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive innovation across its AI-powered talent platform. The engineer will play a critical role in building and scaling intelligent systems that connect global professionals to opportunities.

The position requires deep technical mastery, architectural judgment, and leadership experience in distributed environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of scalable systems for AI-driven matching and marketplace operations.

• Own core platform components built with Ruby on Rails , React , and Python .

• Make key architectural decisions to enhance scalability, performance, and security.

• Implement AI/ML integrations with data science and product teams.

• Define best practices for code quality, testing, and system reliability.

• Mentor engineers and champion technical excellence across teams.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails (expert level).

• Minimum 10 years of experience with React.

• Strong professional experience with Python (highly preferred).

• 3+ years in a senior or technical leadership role.

• Proven track record designing and deploying distributed, high-traffic systems.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML systems and data-driven platforms.

• Excellent technical communication and collaboration skills.

• Stable work history with long-term project ownership.

• U.S.-based; no visa sponsorship available.

• Preference for candidates from top technical universities or equivalent experience.
