Responsibilities

Perform tasks for accurate tracking of all incoming and outgoing mail through the use of the Production systems and software.

Ensure mail is being prioritized so that all SLA’s are met.

Communicate with other areas of Production/Vendors/USPS to ensure we have all the information we need to plan when large jobs release or should be preloaded.

Be able to utilize Production Reports to ensure mail is not released before it should be and to make sure jobs are prioritized accurately.

Work to understand Vendor rules/regulations for mailings.

Base hours: 8am-430pm

Must be available to work 5am-5pm as needed, specifically the first week/weekend of every month
