About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to lead our vendor payments, expense management, and purchase order processes across multiple entities. This role will oversee all aspects of AP, corporate card and T&E policy compliance, vendor onboarding, and payment operations. The AP Manager will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and controlled disbursement processes, while driving efficiency and scalability as transaction volumes increase.

The ideal candidate has strong technical AP knowledge, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves while also providing leadership and structure to a growing team.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end AP process, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, approvals, and payment runs.

• Oversee purchase order (PO) management: tracking, approvals, reconciliations, and vendor communication as PO volume scales.

• Ensure all invoices and payments comply with company policies, approval matrix, and audit requirements.

• Administer and oversee corporate credit card program (Ramp/Amex), including issuance, monitoring, and compliance.

• Perform AP-related reconciliations and assist with month-end close processes.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant accounts payable experience

• Familiarity with multi-entity and foreign currency transactions.

• Demonstrated ability to enforce policies, implement processes, and scale AP operations

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Netsuite experience required/strongly preferred.

• Experience with Ramp (or other corporate card platforms) is a plus.

• Ideally startup or high-growth company experience
