As a key contributor to our team, you will:

• Build and nurture a robust network of clients seeking tailored financial planning services.
• Expand your reach through effective strategies, including appointments, social media, industry networking events, referrals, and seminars.
• Provide a wide range of financial services, including estate planning, wealth management, and insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with our expert Planning team to deliver superior results and financial outcomes for clients.
• Achieve necessary licensing to provide full-spectrum financial support to clients.

• At least 3+ years of professional experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or a related field.
• Confidence in addressing client objections and navigating challenging conversations.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients and family offices.
• Interest in team building and mentoring others.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven attitude.
