Travel up to 80% required based on project and client requirements with possibility of international travel (active passport required). Must be based in the United States and available evening hours and weekends.

Pay $80 to $100 an hour

Overview:

Our client is looking for a Tech Project Lead who excels at solving complex challenges and takes pride in transforming project goals into successful outcomes. In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide our most critical client projects, ensuring exceptional delivery and client satisfaction. Your expertise will elevate our project execution and cultivate strong relationships with clients and team members alike, as you manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while leading the charge on both implementation and innovative technical solutions.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in data center services and technical project leadership
• Proven expertise in data center routing and switching, LAN/WAN communications, and structured cabling
• Excellent project management and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to develop detailed installation, testing procedures, and Methods of Procedure (MOPs)
• Strong understanding of service engagement, subcontractor processes, and project accounting
• Ability to work independently in a remote, dynamic environment while effectively multitasking across various projects
• Active passport and willingness to travel up to 80%, including potential international assignments
• Availability for evening and weekend work as needed

Nice to Have Skills:

• BICSI Certification
• OSHA-30 Certification
• Relevant Panduit Certifications
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications
• Experience with developing remote work cultures and overseeing large teams

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management)
• Demonstrated experience in leading technical projects across diverse locations and time zones

• Proven ability to effectively communicate project risks and contribute to remediation efforts
