Retail Market Coordinator - Northeast The Market Coordinator provides administrative support to the market vice president and store directors within the region and supports client development activities. Responsibilities include managing budgets and schedules, corresponding with clients, planning, and executing events, preparing reports, compiling information, and other duties as assigned. The Tiffany & Co. Market Coordinator is currently held accountable to: Fiscal Accountability- Manage the Tiffany Register outreach and donation budgets to ensure customer satisfaction, community presence, and that budgets are maintained.
- Oversee donation budget for the market. Responsible for several elements of the donation process and verify all charges and assemble the paperwork needed for tax purposes.
- Provide administrative support to senior executives. May assist with calendar maintenance, organize expense reports through expensevisor; book and prepare travel arrangements.
- Assist in the logistical preparation of conferences and market meetings including booking conference rooms, catering and assisting in conference material preparation.
- Support branch management with all aspects of planning and execution of in-store and off-site client events.
- Manage and execute in-store and market events including guest list, invites, catering and entertainment, merchandise, security, etc.
- Positively contribute as well as ensure sales staff contributes to store's delivery of the Tiffany experience and Tiffany brand promise.
- Serve as store ambassador during peak times to ensure that traffic is controlled, and service levels are high.
Required Qualifications:
- Five years of previous Administrative Assistant or management experience working with executives.
- Demonstrated ability to create and enhance a culture of the Tiffany Experience for our customers.
- Must be discrete due to exposure of highly confidential client information.
- Must have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and prioritize workload.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
- A college/university degree.
The hiring range for this position ranges from $26.35 - $35.65. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
