Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant II for a contract assignment in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will support departmental operations through administrative coordination, reporting, scheduling, budgeting support, and communication with internal and external teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of administrative or business experience
• Associate’s Degree required (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Intermediate MS Office Suite skills required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
• Experience in healthcare or clinical office settings preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and statistical data
• Assist with budgets, payroll processing, and departmental records
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and departmental events
• Maintain employee files and ensure compliance documentation
• Manage office inventory and supply ordering
• Coordinate with vendors and purchasing departments
• Handle phone calls, emails, scheduling, and correspondence
• Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
• Support special projects, grant applications, and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
