Bark Barbecue is opening a second 8,700 sq. ft. flagship destination in the heart of North Brooklyn (East Williamsburg/Bushwick) and is seeking hospitality professionals to join our opening team.

This is an opportunity to be part of an industry-leading buildout from the ground up, helping shape the systems, culture, and standards of a high-volume restaurant focused on exceptional barbecue, hospitality, and craftsmanship.

Position: Dishwasher / Lavaplatos

Dishwashers play a critical role in keeping Bark operating efficiently, ensuring the kitchen and service teams have the tools, equipment, and support needed to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Ideal Candidates / Candidatos Ideales

• Previous dishwashing, kitchen, or restaurant experience preferred

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
