As an Executive Assistant you will The Internal Audit Division is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to provide high level administrative support to senior leaders and their teams based in New York. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to senior executives (approximately 7 Managing Directors) and their teams Maintain executive calendars; schedule meetings and conference calls; proactively manage conflicts Coordinate conference room logistics including catering and A/V Arrange domestic and international travel; manage travel profiles and approvals Manage expense reporting in accordance with Firm and Internal Audit policy Prepare and organize meeting and presentation materials Qualifications Prior experience supporting senior executives Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with travel coordination and expense management Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Multi-tasker, self-starter, good communicator, and pro-active This is a Contract Opportunity On site - at least 4 days in the office Pay Rate: $40.00-$44.76 per hour based on skill level *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
