Title: Staff Software Engineer

Location: 7 World Trade Center, 250 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10007 (Principal place of business - telecommuting permitted)

Duties: Responsible for delivering innovative SaaS technology solutions by analyzing business needs and developing solutions. Apply technical and functional competencies to frame business problem and develop solutions that meet business needs. Analyze and translate business requirements into functional and technical designs. Develop components on Salesforce platform, including point-and-click, customizations on Lightning and Lightning components, and workflows on force.com. Apply technical expertise across project lifecycle, from leading user story points estimation to design, build, test, and deployment of solutions. Build configurations and customizations and analyze configurations and workflows to fix and isolate system issues. Develop proof of concepts (POC) on Salesforce, Apttus, and other AppExchange components and connectors. Perform technical fit/gap analysis to support new initiatives and products.

Review code, lead refactoring activities, and provide guidance to vendors and other developers. Define and maintain coding standards and guide team members to follow standards. Work on DevOps and automation initiatives and collaborate with business analysis and quality assurance engineers to fix defects. Plan and sequence release deployment activities in coordination with Release Management. Drive issue resolution, risk identification and mitigation, and dependency management. Support company standards for software development (SDLC), compliance, and SOX controls by producing required artifacts and adhering to process and access controls. Telecommuting Permitted (100% telecommuting position. Will consider applicants resident in the continental U.S.).

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field plus at least five (5) years of progressively responsible

experience as an Engineer, Developer, Technical Consultant, or in a related position performing software development and designing technical solutions. Must have experience with the following: formulating and analyzing software requirements using Agile and Waterfall methodologies; working with Object Oriented Programming, algorithms, design patterns, data structures, multi-threaded programming, unit testing, and SDLC; working with Salesforce, Java-script, HTML, Apex, Visual Force, API, Force.com, Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC); working with Apttus CPQ, Apttus CLM, and Apttus Order Management; designing and developing Integrations with third party applications; performing data migration strategy and development; and performing CI/CD pipeline development and management. For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $189,592 to $203,350/yr, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
