I am currently working with a National Firm based in Manhattan who are actively seeking Attorney level candidates to join as they look to make expansion hires in their Insurance Defense Practice. Here are the headlines:

The Role

• Construction Labor Law Advisory: Provide counsel on New York State construction labor laws, advising clients on compliance with state-specific regulations and complex legal requirements.
• Litigation & Case Management: Support senior attorneys in handling intricate labor litigation and accident insurance matters, managing key aspects of a dynamic caseload.
• Client Representation: Advocate for clients in construction labor and workplace dispute matters, ensuring strict adherence to accident insurance policies and regulatory obligations.
• Investigations & Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive investigations into construction site accidents, delivering detailed analyses and exceptional service to insurance and corporate clients

The Package

• Base Salary up to $180K Base
• Performance Related Bonus - $50 per hour after 1850
• Comprehensive Benefits Package (Health, Medical, Dental, 401k)
