Product Manager, Stablecoin

THE WORK:

This Product Manager will partner with the wider product team to define our roadmap in the stablecoin space. The ideal candidate is crypto-obsessed, knowledgeable of the treasury or capital markets space, technically adept, and has a consistent record of achievement. The product manager provides day-to-day cross-functional leadership to ensure the timely delivery of projects which meet established feature, usability, content and quality requirements.

The successful candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and be able to adapt and adjust plans on-the-fly. The position requires interaction with a wide variety of internal customers at various levels of the organization. You possess the ability and willingness to balance client needs with business priorities and articulate the rationale behind decisions. You will also have exceptional project management skills!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Deeply understand the needs of customers, partners, and stakeholders to deliver new and innovative solutions which grow RLUSD.


• Translate these needs into opportunities and lead the roadmap to achieve OKRs


• Engage with a wide range of cross-functional teams such as markets, finance, customer support, and operations to capture requirements


• Work closely with various engineering teams to build products and features that delight users


• Stay on top of timelines and work closely with partners to understand and discuss the trends


• Define and drive performance standards and test cases to ensure a consistent and robust customer experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience and 1 year in product management.


• Passion for crypto technologies and how they can be used to improve traditional finance.


• Ability to take a big ambiguous problem and translate it into product requirements and roadmap.


• Ability to understand both business needs and technical requirements and communicate across different teams.


• Experience working cross-functionally to drive alignment and execution.


• Experience being diligent while simultaneously keeping the big picture in mind.


• Prior experience building for treasurers or in the capital markets space


• Familiarity with blockchain/ crypto, payments, and/or stablecoins
