Technical Business Analyst
Hire Digital is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to play a critical role in delivering high-impact IT initiatives across core systems.
This position requires someone who can operate confidently between business stakeholders and engineering teams , translating complex operational needs into clear, actionable technical requirements that drive scalable solutions.
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate business needs into detailed, implementation-ready technical requirements.
- Partner with engineering teams to shape solution design and system behavior.
- Produce high-quality artifacts including functional specifications, data flows, and use cases.
- Break down complex workflows into clear, structured documentation.
- Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned to delivery outcomes.
- Support testing cycles and ensure solutions meet business and technical expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as a Technical Business Analyst in IT or software projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and system delivery processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
- Experience creating structured documentation for development teams.
