Gregory Mehrhoff - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. Responsibilities:
- Quote inbound calls & perform outbound calls to potential customers.
- Develop leads by creating relationships within the community, as well as informing existing
relationships of insurance options and/or products. - Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain key customer information and notes by using internal database (Salesforce based)
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Ability to meet and exceed metric based goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Sales Team Member II is expected to reach at least 50% of their gross salary in commission.
- Strong, steady past work experience
- Customer facing experience required
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) required
- P&C Licensing and Life & Health Licensing
