If that sounds like you, then keep reading because OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts! We are seeking out Coaches who can make our members feel welcome, and that theyre an integral part of the hour you spend together. Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member long after theyve left the studio to the point that they find themselves counting the hours until their next workout.

As an OTF Fitness Coach, you can expect to perform the following duties :
  • Lead/Motivate members through pre-defined workouts
  • Ensure members are using correct form and provide corrections/modifications if they arent
  • Understand the science behind our workouts (specifically heart-rate-based training) and be aware of what the competition is doing
  • Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment employed in each workout
  • Help members set/achieve goals
  • Assist in maintaining a spotless studio
  • Participate in out-of-studio events
  • Leverage social media to drive brand awareness, studio membership, class attendance, etc.
  • Be a team player
Youll need to meet these general requirements :
  • CPR/AED certified
  • Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
  • Bachelor's degree (or greater) in related field preferred
Finally, you'll need to meet these franchise-specific requirements :
  • Minimum 8 classes per week (~12 hours total)
  • Minimum 1-2 out-of-studio events per month
  • Participate in monthly all-staff and Coaches' meetings
