Recruiter Intern – SGA (On-Site, Saratoga Springs)
SGA: Top 250 Recruiting Firm, three dynamic divisions—Executive Search, Hospitality Staffing, and Healthcare Staffing. We’re seeking students who are curious about recruiting or these industries, with potential paths to full-time or year-long internships.

The Role:
- On-site Recruiter Intern in our Saratoga Springs office.
- Commitment: at least two to four days per week.
- A crucial member of the recruiting team, supporting client-candidate interactions and refining our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build talent pools for the recruiting team to recruit.
- Source and recruit talent to fill temporary and project-based roles.
- Coordinate and schedule client/candidate interviews; ensure timely communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and screen potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings for candidates across multiple roles.
- Communicate SGA policies and referral programs to new hires to strengthen the referral network.
- Assist with research on competitive total compensation strategies to attract top talent.
Position Requirements:
- Pursuing a BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or Entrepreneurship (preferred).
- Minimum 6 months of office experience.
- Background in marketing, sales, customer service, or related fields a plus.
- Strong computer and internet skills; proficient with common office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Must be an expert in Excel and google documents.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
