Recruiter Intern – SGA (On-Site, Saratoga Springs)

The Role:

• On-site Recruiter Intern in our Saratoga Springs office.
• Commitment: at least two to four days per week.
• A crucial member of the recruiting team, supporting client-candidate interactions and refining our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build talent pools for the recruiting team to recruit.
• Source and recruit talent to fill temporary and project-based roles.
• Coordinate and schedule client/candidate interviews; ensure timely communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and screen potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings for candidates across multiple roles.
• Communicate SGA policies and referral programs to new hires to strengthen the referral network.
• Assist with research on competitive total compensation strategies to attract top talent.

Position Requirements:

• Pursuing a BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or Entrepreneurship (preferred).
• Minimum 6 months of office experience.
• Background in marketing, sales, customer service, or related fields a plus.
• Strong computer and internet skills; proficient with common office software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must be an expert in Excel and google documents.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
