Bloomingdale's Schedule and Staffing Specialist (TEMP)
- Input schedule requests, perform edits and release schedules on a weekly basis in line with state and company requirements
- Balance scheduled hours in each store to reduce expense exposure
- Open and balance positions on a weekly basis. Run and analyze weekly reports, making recommendations to better support stores and reduce expense
- Maintain ongoing communication with senior store leadership team and business managers
- Facilitate training on scheduling system and address system concerns
- Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university.
- Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner.
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels.
- Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs.
- May require working with multiple computer screens and programs simultaneously for extended periods of time.
- May Involve, reaching stooping, kneeling or crouching.
- Frequently lift/move up to 10 lbs.
