162. Vice President, Opportunistic Credit Fund
Our client is a multi-billion-dollar fund that invests in opportunistic and complex/flexible solutions for companies involved with commodities and raw materials globally. The VP will design complex strategies, participate in credit, operational, legal and all other aspects of transactions, and play a key role in idea creation. The VP should have expertise in restructuring, deal structuring, or capital solutions. Commodities experience is NOT necessary as long as the VP has an intellectual interest in the sector. The VP must have some buyside experience and understanding of game theory and investment strategy. The strongest candidates have a commercial approach to assessing risk/reward.
