- A full-stack builder with a proven record of shipping and scaling production apps across mobile and backend.
- Deep React Native experience, including advanced performance profiling and optimization.
- Strong backend engineering skills: API design, data modeling, deployment, and scalability.
- A product-minded engineer who obsesses over how things feel in users’ hands.
- Sharp architectural instincts - you move fluidly between mobile, backend, and infrastructure.
- Comfortable operating with high agency, high urgency, and a high bar for quality.

- Experience with high-fidelity mobile animations (Reanimated, Lottie, Rive).
- Background in health tech, behavior change, gamification, or AI-driven products.
- You’ve been a technical founder or early engineer at a high-growth startup.
