Arcade/Game Technician Wanted!

In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our arcade games, ensuring they are in excellent condition for our guests' enjoyment. Responsibilities:

1. Corrective Maintenance:

• Perform arcade maintenance tasks to minimize operational downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot arcade boards, wiring harness and computer game software.
• Address and resolve game malfunctions and issues promptly and efficiently.
• Record and report actions taken on a daily sheet.

1. Scheduled Preventative Maintenance:

• Installation of new and upgraded game parts and equipment.
• Installation and calibration of arcade game readers.
• Conduct routine maintenance procedures to maintain a like-new appearance and functionality of all arcade games.
• Follow a maintenance schedule to ensure all necessary tasks are completed in a timely manner.

1. Reporting and Ordering:

• Run weekly and monthly payout percentage calibration.
• Purchase and receive arcade parts.

1. Arcade Cleanliness and Upkeep:

• Proactively contribute to maintaining cleanliness and high standards throughout the arcade.
• Keep the workspace neat and orderly.
• Ensure the games are properly filled, cleaned, and maintained for optimal performance.
• Organization of parts and inventory of both spare arcade parts.

1. Safety and Compliance:

• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain detailed logs to ensure compliance with daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inspections.

1. Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist with any tasks assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the facility.

Requirements:

• Arcade or Mechanical background is a plus, showcasing your understanding of equipment maintenance.
• Experience in arcade game maintenance field is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changes in schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
