Position Summary:

The Licensed Esthetician is responsible for providing high-quality skincare services that prioritize client care and results. Whether you’re newly licensed or experienced, all estheticians start with our Assistant Training Program to ensure alignment with our service standards and brand experience.

Assistant Training Program & Career Growth:

• Starting Pay: $15.50/hour during training
• Duration: 3–6 months (based on individual progress)
• Includes:
• Advanced facial, lash extensions, brow artistry, makeup, and skincare techniques
• Product knowledge and retail education
• Consultation and treatment customization
• Client experience training
• Post-Training Compensation: Hourly and/or commission — whichever is greater

Responsibilities:

• Provide customized skincare services including facials, extractions, peels, and body treatments.
• Conduct detailed skin consultations and educate guests on proper skincare regimens.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and a clean treatment space.
• Promote professional skincare products to support client results.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.

Qualifications:

• Active NYS Esthetics License (or awaiting licensure)
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and guest experience
• Professional, reliable, and coachable
• Excellent communication skills
