We are looking for a solutions oriented DevOps Engineer to join our rapidly growing team! As a DevOps Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, spearheading the management of Constrafor's core systems across various domains including SaaS, Fintech, ETL pipelines, CI/CD, and beyond. Most importantly you will help us grow and improve automation for developers, site reliability, and information security.

📝 Key Responsibilities:



  • Scale applications to support dynamic teams in a fast-paced, flexible environment.

  • Build and implement automated workflows to enable engineers to self-service their infrastructure and deployment needs.

  • Enable our engineering team to use new technologies in a scalable, reliable, and highly available way.

  • Identify and drive initiatives to increase productivity through automation and integrations.

  • Incorporate performance monitoring and tooling into deployment and workflow automation.

  • Mitigate information security concerns before they arise.

  • Perform SaaS, and financial application risk assessments and develop risk maps to ensure users and data are protected.

  • Build next-generation tooling involving cutting-edge technologies and entirely cloud-native solutions.

  • Partner with the CTO to deploy seamless infrastructure and code solutions.

  • Manage privacy, identity, and security for the Constrafor platform.

📈 Qualifications:


  • 3+ years hands-on work with deployment systems, containers, monitoring, and alerting.

  • Experience with a major cloud provider, preferably AWS.

  • Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.

  • Enthusiasm for working in a small, fast-paced team that thrives on tackling new challenges.

  • Dedication to product ownership and solving complex problems for our customers.

  • Experience building SaaS or Fintech products is a plus.

  • Bonus points for experience with data migration, transformation, and ETL systems, as well as building SaaS or Fintech products.

  • Salary Range: $150,000-170,000.
