Job Description

• Develop and implement business development strategies for the Litigation & IP practice areas.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and pursue new client opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to guide strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the creation of tailored marketing materials and client proposals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver targeted business development initiatives.
• Track and report on key performance metrics to assess the success of strategies.
• Provide thought leadership and insights into industry developments within Litigation & IP.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director of Business Development - Litigation should have:

• Proven expertise in business development within the professional services industry.
• Strong understanding of Litigation & Intellectual Property sectors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
