People Operations Analyst

Delaware North is hiring a full-time People Operations Analyst to join our team at our global headquarters in Buffalo, New York. As a People Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for enhancing employee experience and fostering positive connections throughout the enterprise. Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 - $76,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
- Partner with Site HR to support operational transactions and provide data-driven recommendations that enhance decision-making
- Manage HR data to improve employee experience while maintaining accuracy, privacy, and data integrity for reporting and insights
- Participate in the onboarding cycle by reviewing and validating new hire and promotion data for system integration
- Collaborate with process teams to keep Workday training materials current and aligned with process updates
- Support special projects and continuous improvement efforts across HR operations
- Ensure service delivery aligns with company policies and procedures to maintain compliance
More about you
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related position with emphasis on quality service delivery to an operating business
- Minimum of 2 years of operations experience in hospitality, foodservice, or a related industry
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of HR tools and platforms
- Independent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
