Creative Production Project Manager
We’re looking for a Creative Production Project Manager to support global creative initiatives across the full lifecycle—from planning and production through delivery and wrap?up. This role partners closely with Creative, Marketing, and external agencies to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring high?quality execution.
- Pay Rate - $60-$65/HR on W2 (NO C2C)
Responsibilities:
- Manage global creative projects across video, photography, digital, print, and web
- Build and maintain timelines, budgets, and project documentation
- Coordinate internal teams and oversee external agencies and vendors
- Track status, communicate milestones, and proactively resolve risks
- Partner with Marketing to apply performance insights to future work
- Manage vendor onboarding, SOWs, NDAs, and invoicing
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of creative project management experience (media/entertainment preferred)
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- Experience managing agencies and cross?functional teams
- Hands?on Airtable experience (tables, automations, interfaces)
- Ability to thrive in a fast?paced, innovative environment
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
