Location: New York
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Summary:

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you’ll help clients overcome obstacles, build resilience, and take steps towards better mental health. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions with individuals and groups.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and goals for clients.
- Use evidence-based techniques to address anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- Active LMHC licensure in New York.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and mental health disorders.
