About the Role

We’re looking for a Warehouse Receptionist / Production Assistant to be the organizational backbone and friendly face of our Queens-based production warehouse. This is an entry-level, in-office position ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and excited to work in experiential marketing. You’ll split your time between front-of-house responsibilities and hands-on production and warehouse support. You’ll play a key role in keeping our 10,000 sq ft production warehouse running smoothly while supporting our production team before and after events.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Office Support

• Serve as the friendly first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors
• Greet guests and ensure they feel comfortable and welcomed in our space
• Help maintain a clean, professional, and organized front-of-house environment

Warehouse & Production Support:

• Keep the 10,000 sq ft warehouse organized, efficient, and production-ready
• Assist the production team with prep, organization, and light production tasks
• Coordinate pre-event preparation and post-event breakdowns
• Help manage and coordinate staff, freelancers, or temporary workers assisting in the warehouse

Operations & Inventory

• Order supplies and manage inventory to ensure nothing is missing for upcoming projects
• Track tools, materials, and equipment used across activations
• Liaise with cleaning staff, maintenance workers, and subcontractors as needed
• Flag facility or equipment issues and help coordinate solutions

Team Coordination

• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Support scheduling, organization, and logistics related to warehouse projects

Compensation

• $22-25 / hour with potential over-time hours as needed

Requirements

Who You Are

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with technology, systems, and basic tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, task tracking)
• A strong communicator and a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and assisting with hands-on tasks
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Friendly, professional, and client-facing when needed

• Interest in experiential marketing, events, or brand activations
• Experience in a warehouse, production, events, or operations role
• Enjoys working with physical builds, logistics, and behind-the-scenes production
