Luxury Jewelry Receptionist
- Pay rate: $30.00-$32.00/hr based on experience
- The ideal Receptionist candidate will have outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- The individual will be charismatic, who enjoys working in a professional luxury jewelry and watch retail environment who is career focused.
- This person is required to greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner, direct everyone who enters the boutique to the appropriate person and handle inbound calls.
- The role will be to provide written responses to customers’ inquiries via Email and Chat and handle a wide variety of customer inquiries, such as hours of operations and questions about the repair process.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, in a Fashion, Retail or related field and/or one year working in retail/contact center/customer service environment.
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for luxury fashion/retail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
