Plant Manager
We are seeking a Plant Manager that that comes from the food or beverage industry to join our team. This candidate will be overseeing all aspects of plant operations including production, mainteance quality and logistics. salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per yearshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: Associate Responsibilities Operational Leadership
- Oversee all aspects of plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, warehousing, and logistics
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery commitments are consistently met
- Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
- Lead, mentor, and develop plant leadership and production teams
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration
- Support workforce planning, training, and performance management
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, FDA, GMP, and other relevant standards)
- Maintain compliance with food safety and quality systems
- Optimize plant efficiency, capacity utilization, and cost management
- Analyze operational metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Manage capital improvement projects and equipment investments
