Job Summary
Under general direction, the Developer II develops complex and specialized software, leads projects, and participates in complex projects. The Developer II is responsible for the technical support of Enterprise and Administrative systems, including application and web implementation, enhancement, maintenance, business process automation, and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's Degree and four (4) or more years of significant professional work practice

Minimum Knowledge, expertise, and Abilities
• Well versed in multiple programming languages and proficient in the art of structuring and developing software code

• Well versed with version control systems
• Advanced debugging capability
• Good interpersonal expertise
• In-depth technical knowledge of relational databases (such as Oracle) and database concepts, web-located programming technologies and common development tools and techniques

• capability to lgain quickly, analyze complex issues, and provide advanced troubleshooting
• capability to diagnose software problems
• capability to communicate and cooperate effectively with colleagues and users in a diverse environment
