Construction Site Superintendent - High End Residential Construction

CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERINTENDENT - HIGH END RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION
Industry leader in custom residential construction is currently seeking a skilled Construction Site Superintendent to oversee and manage high-end residential construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure their work meets quality standards
- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and progress
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
Skills
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore
- Strong understanding of quality control processes in construction
- Experience in construction estimating and budgeting
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Skilled in project scheduling and resource allocation
- Familiarity with overseeing construction sites to ensure efficiency and safety
SALARY: $150-200K
