Bilingual Pharmacy Technician / Pharmacy Clerk

Care First Pharmacy is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Bilingual Pharmacy Technician / Pharmacy Clerk to join our growing team. If you're passionate about helping patients and providing exceptional service, we'd love to meet you!
Position Overview
As a member of our team, you will play an important role in providing outstanding patient care while supporting the daily operations of our independent community pharmacy.
Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists with prescription processing
- Enter prescription information accurately using PrimeRx
- Process insurance claims and resolve rejections
- Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with prescription pick-up and drop-off
- Maintain inventory and stock medications
- Keep the pharmacy organized and compliant
- Support daily pharmacy operations
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
- PrimeRx experience preferred
- Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Clerk experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
