Job Title: Lead Product & Vendor Partnerships

Location: New York or London

Reports to: Founder + CEO

Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially sharp and globally connected product expert to lead lifestyle product sourcing and vendor partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of creative vision and supply execution. You will translate concepts into tangible, premium lifestyle objects — ensuring exceptional quality, strong margins, and seamless global fulfilment. This is not a people management role. It is a relationship-driven, commercially strategic product role.

Roles & Responsibilities

Global Vendor Partnerships

• Build and maintain an exceptional international vendor network (Europe, UK, US, Asia)

• Source premium lifestyle products across accessories, apparel-adjacent, beauty tools, soft goods, wellness, travel, limited-edition collaborations

• Identify emerging makers, ateliers, and manufacturers aligned with ABS aesthetic

• Negotiate pricing and timelines, exclusivity agreements

• Secure preferential pricing and priority production slots

Product Curation & Development

• Translate creative briefs into manufacturable, margin-conscious product solutions

• Lead sampling, prototyping, and material approvals

• Protect design integrity throughout production

• Attend key global sourcing fairs and cultural moments

• Spot trends before they become mainstream

Commercial Ownership

• Own costing, margin modeling, and pricing frameworks

• Identify cost efficiencies without compromising quality

• Support new business with accurate product feasibility and pricing insights

• Forecast production risks and proactively solve them

Production & Quality Oversight

• Oversee lifecycle from sampling through delivery

• Partner with Production to align timelines and logistics

• Implement quality control checkpoints

• Ensure compliance across US, UK, EU markets

Sustainability & Innovation

• Introduce responsible sourcing practices

• Recommend material innovations and low-impact alternatives

• Improve packaging and freight efficiencies

Requirements

• 6–10+ years in sourcing, buying, or product development

• Experience within luxury lifestyle, premium gifting, design-led retail, or fashion-adjacent brands

• Established global vendor network across key regions

• Proven negotiation experience

• Confidence operating independently in a fast-paced environment
