We're Hiring: Receptionist (On-site)
We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team in New York City. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential information and meticulous attention to detail.
Location: New York City, NY 10001
Work Mode: Work From Office
Contract Duration: Approximately 6 months with the potential extension or conversion to a permanent role
What You'll Do:
- Maintain staff schedules, sign-in sheets, and office records
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new staff
- Manage conference room bookings and meeting logistics
- Organize recruitment materials and track documentation
- Coordinate interview scheduling and prepare materials
- Submit finalized paperwork to HR in collaboration with the Office Manager
- Handle information requests, subpoenas, and record retrievals
- Maintain personnel files and send reminders for evaluations and HR submissions
- Generate and distribute reports (including Power BI)
- Schedule and host virtual meetings via Zoom and Teams
- Maintain office contact lists and directories
- Arrange travel and assist with expense reports
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
