Responsibilities

• Develop and implement virtual training programs for gamers of all levels
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, tournaments, and other events
• Communicate with trainers, coaches, and participants to ensure a smooth and successful training experience
• Maintain and update training materials and resources
• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies to promote our virtual training programs and events
• Monitor and track participant progress and provide feedback to trainers and coaches
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the eSports industry to continuously improve our virtual training offerings
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement new training opportunities

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in eSports Management, Sports Management, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the eSports industry
• Strong understanding of various eSports games and their competitive scenes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in using virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Discord, and Twitch
• Passion for gaming and a desire to help others improve their skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed

Additional Details

• Pay Rate: $50-70 per hour, depending on experience
• Training Pay: $40 per hour (1-week paid training)
• Training Bonus: $700 incentive upon completion
• Work Schedule: Flexible — Full-time (30–40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)
• Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
