Customer Service Representative Best Mexican Foods Distributor
Best Mexican Foods is looking for a motivated, bi-lingual (Spanish/English) and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by processing orders, resolving inquiries, and supporting sales and operations teams. This role ensures accurate and timely communication to maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Order Management
- Process customer orders accurately via phone, email, or online systems.
- Verify pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
Customer Support
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding products, services, and deliveries.
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Coordination & Communication
- Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Communicate changes or delays to customers proactively.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports as required.
Pay: $22 per hour
Work Schedule: 5 days per week, generally Monday through Friday, with some Sunday availability.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of customer service experience (food service or distribution industry preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
