Job Description Summary

The Digital Platforms Product Management Leader is a key member of the Product Management Team supporting the installed fleet and new unit designs. This role is responsible for the multi-generation product plan commercialization strategy and execution of global controls product offerings. Specific responsibilities include:

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop long term vision and set multi-generation strategy for product controls and software ecosystem

• Build and execute a roadmap to create differentiation in product design & operations

• Assess internal & external needs industry standards & regulations such as cybersecurity and define clear product requirements

• Own product leadership for sensors and analytics (including CMS SCADA)

• Set and maintain controls and software handbook fleet of record

• Lead cross-functionally including working across GE Vernova businesses to deliver vision including engineering development and supply chain transitions

• Lead ROI analysis assess investment options and manage investment deck priorities

• Lead a global product management team with responsibility for culture execution and talent development

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering business or related discipline

• 7 years of relevant engineering product management or commercial experience

• 3 years of relevant leadership experience

Eligibility Requirements

• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% when required

Desired Characteristics

• Deep expertise in the Wind industry

• Experience in software data systems and analytics ranging from on premises to cloud

• Strong product management and/or commercial experience

• Demonstrated ability to work with customers to deliver successful outcomes

• Proven experience developing and launching new controls and software products that have transformed product performance reliability and operational execution

• Strategic thinker able to navigate complexity develop clear actions and drive impact

• Excellent leader effective coach and trusted mentor

• Excellent communicator able to communicate in clear concise manner with customers cross-functional teams and senior leaders

• Demonstrated ability to influence others drive change and align cross-functional teams to success

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this position is $153800 - $256200 USD Annual.

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety offactors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.

*The company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
