Our team of world-class legal experts and technologists has built an intelligence platform that uncovers egregious violations across legal domains, such as privacy and data breaches, consumer protection, securities and financial fraud, environment, and employment.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Litigation Advisor to strengthen our litigation intelligence capabilities and support our Legal Intelligence (LI) finance team. This role is pivotal in accelerating production cycles, increasing output quality, and enriching our research-driven product development. Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal / financial research to support investigations as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high production quality and identify emerging legal phenomena.
• Assess and verify the reliability of diverse sources (legal and otherwise).
• Research developments in the financial litigation landscape and identify new opportunities for expansion in the domain
• Implement and maintain best practices for financial litigation assessment
• Support current team efforts with current and future litigations, working with internal and external stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ Years of experience as a licenced lawyer
• 2+ years of ERISA class action litigation experience
• Experience with Analyzing performance of funds (specifically those offered in retirement plans)
• Familiarity with financial reports
• Experience with legal research
• Familiar with AI tools

Darrow provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of (total/base) pay for this role is $140,000- $200,000.
