Northern Wolves Inc is seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Service Manager to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee our HVAC service operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your strong leadership skills and HVAC expertise will help guide a talented team of service technicians while driving operational efficiency and excellence.
As the HVAC Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing service contracts, coordinating service calls, and ensuring that all work adheres to industry standards and safety regulations. You will foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement, enhancing the overall customer experience. Responsibilities- Lead and manage the HVAC service department, including scheduling, staffing, and performance management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and prompt resolution of issues.
- Oversee service contracts, estimates, and pricing for HVAC repairs and maintenance.
- Review and approve service call logs and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement service policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular training for service technicians to enhance skills and knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service management or supervisory roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Proficient in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses as required by local regulations.
