As the HVAC Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing service contracts, coordinating service calls, and ensuring that all work adheres to industry standards and safety regulations. • Lead and manage the HVAC service department, including scheduling, staffing, and performance management.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and prompt resolution of issues.
• Oversee service contracts, estimates, and pricing for HVAC repairs and maintenance.
• Review and approve service call logs and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and implement service policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular training for service technicians to enhance skills and knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service management or supervisory roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficient in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses as required by local regulations.
