Mechanical Assembler

Our client is an established leader in the design, manufacture, and customization of unique automated packaging machines for the medical device, cosmetic, and high-end product industries. We currently have an opening for a qualified Assembler/Material Handler- Entry level candidates, or candidates with automotive technician experience are encouraged to apply! Monday-Friday $20.00-$22.00 an hour based on experience 40 hours a week -Resume required -Interview required

Responsibilities

-Will be responsible for assembly of production packaging equipment

-Use of basic hand tools and powered industrial tools

-Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

-Can work off basic drawings for assembly

-Mechanical aptitude required

-Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds

-Ability to work and read off a measuring tape

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 40lbs
