Resident Care Associate (NY HHA Certified)
Sign- on bonus of $250.
Must have valid NY HHA certificate. We are looking for a compassionate part time HHA to join our team! As an HHA, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. Shifts available 7a-3p and 3p-11p. HHA Duties & Responsibilities:- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
- Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid NY HHA license required.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
