Robotic Welder Operator / Programmer

- Program and operate KUKA/Fronius and OTC robotic welding systems
- Perform precise and efficient aluminum MIG welding based on product specifications
- Troubleshoot and optimize robotic programs to minimize downtime and improve cycle times
- Maintain welding quality standards with consistent attention to detail
- Maintain, clean, and inspect welding fixtures regularly to ensure alignment, stability, and repeatability
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to address wear, damage, or required adjustments
- Ensure all fixtures are properly stored and accounted for when not in use
- Complete job orders accurately and safely according to defined work instructions
- Record daily production data on provided worksheets and submit all required forms on time
- Be actively present in team huddles, stretch sessions, and production meetings
- Contribute ideas and collaborate respectfully with peers to support continuous improvement
- Notify your supervisor promptly of any issues impacting safety, quality, or productivity — such as defective materials, worn consumables, or missing components
- Support the manufacturing team in identifying and resolving process bottlenecks or inefficiencies
- Keep your work area, tools, and equipment clean and organized
- Return all tools to their designated locations and help maintain 5S standards
- Carry out other tasks assigned by your lead, supervisor, or manager
- 3 years of experience operating and programming robotic welding systems preferred
- Proven skill in aluminum MIG welding, preferably in a production environment
- Experience with KUKA/Fronius and OTC robotic systems is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings, weld symbols, and job specifications
