Project Employee, Senior Full Stack AI Data Scientist

WORK OPTION: This role requires on-site presence in either our New York City or Secaucus, NJ office at least four days per week. The NBA currently provides eligible employees the option of working remotely one day per week.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Senior Full Stack AI Data Scientist to join our team on a project basis. In this role, you will design and develop AI-powered tools, multi-agent systems, and predictive models that drive business insights and user engagement strategies. You’ll work with technologies like Python, Streamlit, Snowflake, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and LLM APIs, and contribute to the development of an MCP (Multi-Agent Control Platform) server to support scalable AI applications. Major Responsibilities

• Architect and develop AI tools and systems for business decision use, with a focus on usability and scalability.
• Build predictive models using Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow to support user engagement strategies.
• Design and implement multi-agent systems for intelligent decision-making and automation across multiple data domains
• Develop and maintain an MCP server to orchestrate agent communication and task execution.
• Analyze real-time and historical data (aggregate and user-level) to uncover insights and predict behaviors.
• Create interactive dashboards and applications using Streamlit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Perform feature engineering, model validation, and continuous optimization based on new data and feedback.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to best practices in model deployment, performance monitoring, and version control.

Required Education/Professional Experience

Required Skills/Knowledge Attributes

• Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development, data processing, and automation.
• Strong experience with SQL and data platforms like Snowflake.
• Expertise in Streamlit or similar frameworks for building interactive data applications.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for front-end integration and dashboard styling.
• Experience with LLM APIs and integrating them into data workflows or applications.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience building multi-agent systems and/or distributed AI architectures.
• Strong Git skills and experience with collaborative workflows (e.g., GitHub).
• Experience with Docker for containerization and deployment of AI applications.
• Experience with frameworks like FastAPI for developing apps

Preferred Skills/Knowledge Attributes

• Experience with real-time data analysis and visualization.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Kubernetes, or other cloud-native tools.
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or other advanced AI domains.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Salary Range:$8,307.70 - $9,692.31 biweekly
