Estimator / Project Engineer (Takeoff Specialist)

Full-Time | In-Office | Growth Opportunity
A well-established commercial construction office in Williamsburg is seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Engineer with strong takeoff experience for commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Perform detailed construction takeoffs from blueprints
- Read and interpret commercial construction drawings
- Prepare accurate cost estimates
- Strong computer proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Experience with takeoff software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Taper Plus
The ideal candidate is hands-on, precise, and comfortable managing takeoffs and supporting project engineering tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position in a friendly, professional office with strong long-term growth potential.
