This is a booth rental listing for licensed independent beauty professionals. Alleyway Studio Salon is not hiring employees — we are offering studio space to self-employed stylists, tattoo artists, and creative professionals who operate their own independent practice.

ABOUT THE SPACE

Alleyway is a boutique studio salon opening in Bushwick, Brooklyn. We offer a professionally designed, community-oriented environment for independent artists who want to run their own business without the overhead of a traditional salon model.

The studio features 6 stations, 3 shampoo bowls, a dedicated color room. It was a fully operating salon days before we took over — everything is in place and ready to go.

RENTAL RATES

Monthly:

— $1,100/month: rent + full backbar access

— $1,300/month: rent + full backbar + full color access

Includes Guy Tang, Wella Shinefinity, vivids, permanents, and bleach

Weekly:

— $300/week: rent + full backbar access

— $400/week: rent + full backbar + full color access

Weekly rates are available across all stations. No long-term commitment required.

SCHEDULE

Core team operates Wednesday–Saturday (12pm–7pm Wed–Fri, 10am–6pm Sat). Sunday–Tuesday is fully available for flexible renters. Day splits and part-time arrangements welcome.

REQUIREMENTS

— Active New York State cosmetology license or relevant professional license

— Self-employed with your own established or developing client base

— Ability to manage your own booking, scheduling, and payments independently

This is an independent contractor arrangement. Renters are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business operations. Alleyway provides the space and infrastructure only.
