Financial Operations Specialist for Architecture Firm Are you a detail-oriented financial professional with expertise in day-to-day bookkeeping operations and a passion for strategy? Robert Siegel Architects is looking to hire an experiencedFinancial Operations Specialist to join our growing award-winning practice in Katonah, NY.

We are seeking an individual with hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online and a proven ability to efficiently manage all financial transactions with a focus on client invoicing and payroll. The ideal candidate has expertise in automating all aspects of the financial process.

Responsibilities

Financial Transactions Management Oversee and manage all financial transactions for the firm.Ensure accurate recording of income, expenses, and other financial activities.Handle payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees and 401K plan.Utilize QuickBooks Online features to optimize financial processes.

Expense Billing Automation Develop and implement strategies to automate expenses billing to clients.Streamline expense tracking and reporting to enhance efficiency.

Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in financial workflows.Implement solutions to enhance financial operations.

Strategic Financial Advice Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making processes.Collaborate with leadership to optimize financial performance.Generate and analyze financial reports to present insights and recommendations.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Capabilities A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.Demonstrate advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online to maintain accurate financial records.Proven experience in day-to-day financial operations, bookkeeping, and payroll administration.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
