Polish Speaking Customer Service Agent In Bulgaria - Fully Paid Relocation
Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Polish Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team in Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation provided. This exciting opportunity allows you to immerse yourself in a vibrant environment while offering exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Serve Polish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to products and services.
- Provide comprehensive information, assist with order management, and help resolve customer issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot problems and complaints with a focus on effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
- Stay updated on company policies, product offerings, and promotions to inform clients accurately.
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English or Bulgarian is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric focus.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Proficient in CRM systems and general office software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while adapting to a new environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and immerse yourself in the company culture.
